[1] Take the east exit and turn to the left.
[2] Advance to the pedestrian bridge.
[3] Go up the stairs and get on the pedestrian bridge.
[4] Walk to the other end of the bridge (toward the river and highway).
[5] Cross over the river and pass under the highway.
[6] At the end, go down the stairs on the left.
[7] Go straight about 80m (260 feet).
[8] You will see MATSUYA BUILDING on the right side of the road.
